Job summary

Craftbridge Digital, a software shop, seeks a Systems Administrator for remote work across the U.S. You will maintain Linux and Windows servers, cloud accounts (AWS/Azure), and uptime while documenting configurations and recovery steps.

The role requires at least one year in systems administration or IT support with servers; scripting in Bash/PowerShell is a bonus. Excellent logging, backup discipline, and certificate oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of systems administration, IT support or help desk with servers.
• Proficient with Linux command line and Windows Server.
• Experience using at least one cloud console (AWS or Azure).
• Bonus: Bash or PowerShell scripting; certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Keep Linux and Windows servers patched, backed up and available.
• Investigate nightly job failures and determine server vs. code root cause.
• Document server roles, access keys, and backup recovery steps.
• Manage cloud accounts, credentials, and certificate expirations.
