Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive cloud and on-premise infrastructure initiatives. You will build and maintain scalable environments, drive automation, and contribute to security, monitoring, and incident response programs.

A strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, scripting (Python), and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) is essential. This remote, full-time role offers a competitive salary and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, typically with 2+ years in AVP level role or external equivalent
• 8 years of related experience preferred
• Experience with AWS services such as RDS-MSQL, Elastic Beanstalk, EKS
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
• Experience in scripting and automation using Python
• Knowledge and development experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with Git platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
• Experience with monitoring, alerting and dashboarding using CloudWatch and Datadog
• ITIL methodologies experience
• Proficiency with Java or .Net
• Team collaboration and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Self-motivation and focus amid distractions
• Dashboarding and reporting management experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure environments and capabilities
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to meet client requirements
• Drive automation to remove toil and enhance product engineering efficiency
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and availability issues
• Implement patching and vulnerability remediation policies
• Manage IAM roles and conduct basic security audits
• Build and administer automated pipelines
• Administer source code repositories in ADO
• Mentor and share knowledge within the team
• Contribute to incident response and post-incident analyses
• Perform other activities as assigned
