Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Principal Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager to drive patient engagement and therapy adoption for the Renal Denervation System. This field-based role requires travel across the territory and collaboration with senior managers to expand access and account activation.

Although remote, candidates must reside in the territory and be prepared to visit multiple accounts; a valid driver's license is essential, with comprehensive training to build clinical and sales competencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years in sales/clinical roles.
• Associate's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies.
• Develop relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and stakeholders.
• Activate new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams.
• Promote the Symplicity therapy and educate providers.
• Maintain records of account activity and territory performance.
