Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Enabling Technologies Clinical team. This remote role requires regular travel within the territory to support neurology, CST, and Robotic Assisted Surgery portfolios; a valid driver's license is essential.

You will coach Clinical Consultants, coordinate case coverage, drive performance, and align with HR and district leadership to recruit top talent while maintaining compliance with Medtronic policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~50% of the time within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Enabling Technologies Clinical Consultants through field visits, meetings, and coaching.
• Oversee clinical support for Robotic Assisted Surgery platforms and Neurosurgery portfolios.
• Coordinate case coverage and scheduling for the district ensuring efficient service.
• Collaborate with district manager and HR to recruit and develop top clinical talent.
