Medtronic is seeking a Senior Principal Symplicity Territory Manager for North Dakota/South Dakota. This remote, field-based role requires residence within the territory and travel to accounts.

You will drive patient referrals, build ties with hypertension physicians, and support account activation for the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices, with preference for Cath Lab/Capital Equipment exposure and a proven track

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 12+ years sales/clinical experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• OR Associate’s Degree with 10+ years experience in relevant field.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years experience in relevant field.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is required.
• Nice-to-have: 8+ years sales with 4+ in Cath Lab/Medical Capital Equipment; ability to teach medical personnel; proven hunter of new accounts; top performance.

Mansioni

• Territory & Account Development: drive patient referrals, develop relationships with high-prescribing physicians, open new accounts.
• Sales Execution: promote Symplicity therapy, educate providers, target high-potential markets.
• Customer Engagement: be a trusted touchpoint for physicians, educate on therapy benefits and pathways.
• Training & Development: participate in comprehensive training, adapt in dynamic environment.
• Compliance & Reporting: maintain records of activity and ensure regulatory adherence.
