Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Territory Manager to lead patient engagement and therapy adoption for the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System across a US territory. This field-based role focuses on therapy awareness, account activation, and collaboration with senior Territory Managers.

You will drive physician engagement, open new accounts, and educate providers on therapy benefits while meeting regulatory and company standards. A valid driver’s license and extensive travel are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant sales/clinical or related experience in medical devices/healthcare/life sciences
• 8+ years sales with Cath Lab/Medical Capital Equipment experience is preferred
• Ability to teach and educate medical personnel and staff
• Track record of developing new accounts and driving market penetration in innovative technologies

Responsibilities

• Territory & account development to drive patient referrals and therapy awareness
• Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and stakeholders
• Support territory activation by opening new accounts with existing sales teams
• Promote and educate about Symplicity therapy as a specialist resource
• Collaborate with senior managers to ensure consistent messaging across the territory
• Educate providers on therapy benefits and pathways to improve patient outcomes
• Assist with contract signing and onboarding for new accounts
• Participate in comprehensive training to build clinical and sales competencies
