Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Symplicity Spyral Territory Manager to lead patient referrals and therapy adoption in the St. Louis region.

This remote role requires travel across the territory and proximity to accounts, with a strong emphasis on educating physicians and clinicians about the Symplicity Renal Denervation System. You will collaborate with senior managers, participate in training programs, and ensure compliant, data-driven territory management while supporting contract onboarding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years OR Associate's Degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of sales/clinical or related experience in medical devices/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate the territory by driving patient referrals and therapy awareness.
• Promote and educate on Symplicity therapy; act as therapy specialist.
• Collaborate with senior Territory Managers to ensure aligned messaging across territory.
• Participate in comprehensive training to build clinical and sales competencies.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and territory performance.
