Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking an experienced Software Engineer/Developer to design, build, and code integrations for vendors and product teams. This remote role requires living within ~70 miles of specified U.S. office locations. The salary range is $80,000-$100,000 and depends on location and experience.

You’ll perform design, prototyping, development, testing, and support for both new and existing applications, working with HTML, JavaScript, JSON and enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Completes product technical design, prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
• Performs system analysis and programming activities with timely, quality delivery.
• Provides engineering support for new and existing applications.
• Uses best practices to create and modify code and considers end users and internal teams.
• Collaborates with QA to ensure high-quality products and timely delivery.
• Plans unit and integration tests to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
