Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. invites a Business Consultant to provide specialized Symitar EASE services to large-asset financial institutions, bridging standard support and advanced assistance.

You’ll advise senior clients, lead regular calls, coordinate integrations with the EASE Data Center, and align resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment. This remote role requires candidates to live within approximately 70 miles of an office in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA;

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial institution back-office environments or FinTech.
• Must also be available to work one on-call shift per calendar year

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients' processing, data center, and complex technical needs.
• Coordinate client and vendor integrations with the EASE Data Center.
• Lead regular client calls, review strategic plans, and align Jack Henry resources for projects, testing, training, and deployment.
• Provide status updates, monitor cases, and partner with the Customer Relationship Manager to support escalations.
• Identify process improvements and future client needs, document solution approaches, use data insights to improve performance, and communicate opportunities to the appropriate sales team.
