Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Management or related discipline.
10+ years in business transformation with several years in management roles.
Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsabilités

Leads major business processes and supports functions executing company strategies.
Partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities and orchestrate cross-functional execution.
Drives adoption of data-driven solutions and designs transformation programs.
Sets and aligns operating plans with enterprise objectives, embedding continuous improvement.
