Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to lead major finance transformation programs, partnering with senior leaders and driving cross‑functional execution across the enterprise. This role requires a decade of experience in transformation and a strong PM/CBTP/PMP background, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, management or related field.
10 years in business transformation with several years in a management role.
Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) preferred.

Orchestrate cross‑functional execution and drive data‑driven solutions.
Set operational plans aligned with enterprise objectives and accountability culture.
