Responsibilities

• Owns and matures enterprise IT GRC program with policies, standards and controls.
• Oversees technology risk assessment across infra, apps, data, cloud and third‑party env.
• Maintains IT risk register with scoring, ownership and remediation workflows.
• Leads KPI/KRIs reporting for senior leadership and Board committees.
