Job summary

Progressive is seeking an associate manager, sustainability reporting to lead our corporate sustainability disclosure efforts. You will partner with external consultants and cross-functional leaders to gather, validate, and synthesize information for the annual Corporate Sustainability Report and external disclosures such as CDP and NAIC filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design).
• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 5 years experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design).
• Experience leading or supporting sustainability, ESG reporting initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance Progressive's sustainability reporting efforts.
• Drive development of the annual Corporate Sustainability Report.
• Support external disclosures including CDP, NAIC Climate Risk Disclosure, and third-party assurance of metrics.
• Serve on Sustainability Management Team and influence enterprise strategy.
• Partner with consultants and business leaders to gather, validate, and report sustainability information.
