Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Interim Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead ESG reporting, data collection, and disclosure strategy.

Reporting to the VP, Sustainability and Transformation, the role drives planning and execution of ESG reporting, ensuring accuracy across mandatory and voluntary disclosures. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of ESG reporting standards, hands-on experience with publicly traded companies, and a proven track record in project management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing ESG and sustainability disclosures for public/large organizations
• Experience mapping regulations across countries and continents
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting standards (CDP, SASB, EU CSRD, SEC)
• Experience with ESG data management systems
• Understanding climate, water, plastics, biodiversity, supply chain, human rights, social impact
• Ability to define, analyze and communicate quantitative & qualitative information
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams
• Collaborative and influential across internal stakeholders; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage mandatory sustainability compliance across jurisdictions (UK, SECR, ESOS, etc.)
• Review and revise content for SEC filings and disclosures
• Own sustainability compliance roadmap with stakeholder coordination
• Conduct gap assessments and implement improvements
• Coordinate ESG reporting across Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Accounting
• Support policies related to ESG and sustainability
• Prepare board education materials on upcoming regulations
• Respond to regulator workshops and information requests
• Lead voluntary disclosures and ESG framework governance
• Engage customers and suppliers on sustainability requirements
• Strengthen controls and systems for ESG disclosures and SOX alignment
• Partner with Internal Audit on ESG data audits
