Job summary

VOX Global in Washington, DC, seeks a Managing Supervisor for its Sustainability Reporting and Strategy team to help global companies meet CSRD, CSDDD, ISSB and other regulations. You will lead regulatory readiness, gap assessments, disclosure strategy and roadmaps, and support report development while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on sustainability reporting experience, familiarity with ESRS and IFRS S1/S2, and strong writing, research, and client-management

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in sustainability/ESG reporting.
• Experience with CSRD, CSDDD, and ISSB IFRS.
• Leading gap assessments and disclosure strategies.
• Experience managing teams and major clients.
• Strong writing, research, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on regulated sustainability reporting.
• Lead gap assessments to identify client readiness.
• Interpret complex reporting requirements and advise on disclosure.
• Craft disclosure strategies and roadmaps aligned with regulations.
• Provide guidance on evolving regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare regulated reports.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and staffing for multi-workstream projects.
• Contribute to broader ESG/CSR advisory work as needed.
