Job summary

Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for breast device portfolios in a remote role with Denver-area consideration. You will manage case coverage in hospital and OR settings, build relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and execute strategic sales plans across cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.

Candidates should have medical device sales experience, a plastics background is preferred, and must be able to travel extensively while

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales.
• Experience and knowledge in plastic surgery preferred.
• Able to be credentialed and work in an OR setting.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Ability to travel extensively as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all products.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including customers and colleagues.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and reconstructive expanders.
• Manage territory logistics, inventory, approvals, and related tasks.
• Develop relationships with hospital entities and education resources.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership to utilize resources effectively.
• Align marketing strategy with organizational goals and manage territory expenses.
• Collaborate on national and regional trade shows and stay current with industry trends.
• Educate and consult surgeons on breast device cases and product differentiation.
