Job summary

Applied Medical seeks an Advanced Breast Procedures Specialist to deliver minimally invasive surgical solutions, focusing on GelSeal technologies for breast surgery, in collaboration with surgeons in the operating room.

The role develops and executes strategic sales plans, works with the Field Implementation and Advanced Procedural Specialist teams, and travels up to 50% to key centers, driving growth and adoption of innovative breast technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, depending on territory, with related expenses.
• Meet third-party credentialing requirements for Applied Medical field teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute quarterly sales plans to drive revenue and exceed quotas.
• Promote Gel and Alexis technologies at high-volume surgical centers.
• Support training and implementation of Applied Medical technologies in breast surgery programs.
• Provide clinical expertise and support for all Applied Medical breast products.
• Engage key opinion leaders and decision-makers at large health systems.
• Build interest and adoption of Gel technologies among medical leaders.
• Represent the Applied Medical brand in competitive environments.
• Coordinate strategy with Corporate Accounts and Field Implementation teams.
• Partner with APS regional teams to maximize breast procedure support and coverage.
