Job summary

City Surgical is seeking a full-time Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth of orthopedic and surgical devices across a California territory in a remote-capable role.

You will build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, deliver product demonstrations, meet sales targets, and provide feedback to product teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Experience in OR environment and surgical workflows.
• Ability to travel within a territory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell surgical and orthopedic devices to healthcare providers and hospital systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and purchasing departments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide clinical support during procedures as needed.
• Manage a sales territory and identify new business opportunities; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the field to internal teams and stay updated on product training and clinical data.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and reporting systems; travel within territory as required.
