Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to support procedures and training across Surgical Centers of Therapy in Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI. This remote role requires residing in the territory and driving to accounts; a valid driver’s license is essential.

The role emphasizes on-site procedure support, training initiatives, and collaboration with the SAM to drive growth and product adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within territory.
• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for product usage.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff.
• Assist SAM with product trials, implementation and conversions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure product availability.
