Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Field-based Surgical Onsite Specialist in Atlanta, GA. You will provide on-site procedural support, training, and product implementation across Surgical Centers of Therapy with emphasis on GYN.

Frequent travel within the territory is required; reside within 50 miles of the territory and hold a valid driver’s license. You will collaborate with the SAM, support case procedures, upgrades, and education programs for physicians and staff while driving lead generation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
• Proven ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations and sales materials.
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience with documented success is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within the territory.
• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to ensure successful product usage.
• Serve as a primary contact for physicians and surgical teams during on-site procedures.
• Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the aligned SAM.
• Perform equipment and software upgrades and conduct fleet audits.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents and surgical staff.
• Assist SAM with product trials, implementation, and regional conversions.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to support procedures.
