Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide on-site procedural support, training, and equipment maintenance for Surgical Centers of Therapy across the territory. You will assist physicians and staff, perform upgrades, and lead training to ensure optimal product use.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1 year of experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%. A valid driver's license is essential, and the position is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of required experience.
• Field-based role with ~25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within aligned territory.
• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to ensure successful product usage.
• Serve as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams in the OR.
• Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications.
• Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs (Regional Peer Education), and Continuing Education (CE) programs.
