Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Surgical Account Manager to drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I. The role requires 50% travel within the territory and a proven field sales background in medical devices or regulated industries.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and work with MDT teams to expand business opportunities

Qualifications

• 6+ years field sales experience (or 4+ with an Associate's degree or 2+ with a Bachelor's degree).
• Willingness to travel 50% within the territory.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio and develop strategic sales plans.
• Cultivate key customer relationships to grow market share and adoption.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand opportunities.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and optimize contracts and category expansion.
• Coordinate with MDT account teams and distribution partners to maximize results.
