Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Surgical Onsite Specialist to support procedures, educate customers, and drive product adoption across designated accounts in the Virginia region. The role requires residency within the territory, travel to multiple accounts, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include on-site procedural support, training physicians and staff, and coordinating with the Surgical Account Manager to execute trials and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of required experience.
• Field-based role with ~25% travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time procedural and application support for Surgical COTs within the territory.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for customer inquiries during procedures.
• Lead in-service training for physicians and staff on surgical product applications.
• Assist SAM with product trials, conversions, and on-site adoption strategies.
