Job summary

Dental Team Finder is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative for a fully remote, high-growth role in regenerative dental products. You will manage a defined territory across Northern California, building relationships with oral surgeons and surgical specialists while traveling regularly within the region.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of B2B sales in dental/medical fields, strong communication and data-driven selling skills, and a track record in territory development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in dental or medical industries.
• Track record of success in territory development and client relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable analyzing data and managing a sales funnel.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of current accounts.
• Execute growth strategies for all product lines within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with oral surgeons, periodontists, and surgical specialists.
• Represent the company at study clubs, surgical training events, and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and KPIs.
• Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance targets
