Job summary

Accordance Search Group is seeking a District Sales Manager for Surgical MedTech in Northern California. The role focuses on building a greenfield territory across Northern California, with candidate residency in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in surgical medical device sales, strong surgeon credibility, and proven territory development. Base compensation, OTE, and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of medical device sales with direct OR experience.
• Proven success building a territory from the ground up.
• Startup/early-commercial experience strongly preferred.
• Track record launching innovative or first-in-class technology and driving physician adoption.
• Strong clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons.
• Experience navigating major hospital systems, supply chain and VAC approvals.
• Established relationships/access within Bay Area hospital systems.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing associate sales representative.

District Sales Manager – Surgical MedTech – Northern California

A high-growth surgical MedTech company is seeking a proven surgical medical device sales professional to build and grow a greenfield territory throughout Northern California.

Candidates should reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of medical device sales with direct OR experience


• Proven success building a territory from the ground up

Experience in peripheral nerve, plastics, hand, orthopedics/extremities, trauma, reconstructive or vascular surgery is relevant; however, we are very open to high-performing surgical sales professionals from other specialties and call points. The ideal candidate has successfully built a greenfield territory, introduced disruptive technology, and influenced surgeons to adopt a new approach or change their standard of care.

Compensation

$135K base | $285K OTE + equity
