Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Remote Surgical Account Manager to drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio in the Santa Barbara, CA area. You will develop strategic sales plans and cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to grow the business.

The role requires strong medical device sales experience, a track record of territory management, and ability to travel within the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience.
• Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams.
• Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
• Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across Surgical.
• Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Surgical Center of Technology (COT) products.
