Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Account Manager to drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio. The role requires developing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and working with MDT account teams to expand market share within the Ventura region and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have proven medical device sales experience, strong territory management skills, and the ability to analyze trends for contract optimization.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree with 4+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must live within 50 miles of Ventura, CA or relocate within that radius to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio (Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, A&I).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand opportunities.
• Coordinate with MDT account teams and drive contract strategies across regions.
