Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to cover the Northwest Indiana region, including Gary and surrounding cities. This remote role requires residency within the territory and occasional travel to accounts across MDT's surgical portfolio.

The successful candidate will develop strategic plans, build relationships with clinicians and administrators, and drive adoption of COT products such as Stapling, Energy, Wound Closure, and Access & Instrumentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years in sales/medical devices or life sciences.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Ability to live within 50 miles of the territory or relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio and drive market growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and conduct business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews and manage account-level contractual strategies.
• Collaborate with field distribution partners and MDT account teams to maximize market share.
