Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Surgical Account Manager covering Northern MN, with frequent travel to customer sites. You will lead surgeon engagement across staples, energy, wound closure and more, while collaborating with MDT account teams to optimize contracts and drive market growth.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in medical device sales, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to analyze trends and deliver actionable plans. Travel within the territory is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with multiple pathways to qualify.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Territory travel to Northern MN (Duluth, Bemidji, Brainerd, Minneapolis) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and account reviews.
• Build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders to grow market share.
