Job summary

Copeland is seeking a remote Support Center Technician to play a critical role in supporting refrigeration and controls systems that power food retail and commercial environments. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and remote/on-site support, collaborating with technicians and engineers to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and document solutions.

This role follows standard business hours with on-call rotation and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facility control systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical or control systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and engineers.
Willingness to participate in weekly on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance related to refrigeration and control systems.
Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.
Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance the skills of technicians and clients.
