Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a remote Support Center Technician to assist with refrigeration and controls systems for food retail and commercial environments. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, providing guidance to customers and internal teams to optimize performance.

You will work with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex challenges, maintain records, and contribute to knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facility control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical or control systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and engineers.
• Availability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance related to refrigeration and control systems.
• Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.
• Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
• Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance the skills of technicians and clients.
