Job summary

Copeland is seeking a remote Support Center Technician in the United States to support refrigeration and control systems for food retail and commercial environments. You will diagnose issues, provide remote and on-site assistance, and collaborate with engineers and field technicians to optimize performance.

The role requires 2 years of BAS/BMS experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facility control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in electrical/control systems.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, technicians, and engineers.
• Availability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technical assistance related to refrigeration and control systems.
• Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.
• Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
• Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance skills of technicians and clients.
