Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking a Support Center Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support refrigeration and control systems for clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with field engineers to resolve challenges and improve system performance.

This fully remote role may require occasional travel to Copeland sites. Competitive base salary with on-call stipends, plus comprehensive benefits, are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in BAS, BMS, or facility controls systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical or controls systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, technicians, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams seeking technical assistance related to refrigeration and control systems.
• Provide remote and on-site support to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving compressors, valves, controls, and refrigerant circuits.
• Collaborate with field technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided.
• Generate reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Conduct training sessions and develop instructional resources to enhance the skills of technicians and clients.
