Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or GED with knowledge of medical terminology.
• At least one year of telephone customer service experience and data entry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, independently and as part of a team.

• Assess eligibility by program criteria; refer ineligible participants to resources.
• Explain waiver/Medicaid criteria and application process to callers.
• Protect HIPAA confidentiality of consumer and employee data.
• Send documents with 100% accuracy to ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Update consumer databases and notify managers of address changes.
• Email accurate information and document calls in the log.
• Participate in cross-training to ensure coverage of admin tasks.
