Job summary

Frontline Education is seeking a Support Engineer II for a remote role in the United States. You will work with school districts to maximize value through advanced technical support, complex data integrations, and client-focused problem solving.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to resolve sophisticated issues, improve system functionality, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support educators and administrators. Pacific Time Zone preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with data integration and advanced technical support.
• Proficient with SQL Server and reporting tools.
• Comfort working with clients to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand data integration needs and design solutions.
• Manage advanced technical escalations related to integrations between Frontline solutions and external systems.
• Configure and support complex customizations, including submission handlers, web services, FTP imports, SSO, and reporting enhancements.
• Create and modify customized reports to support client-specific business needs.
• Use SQL Server to extract, analyze data for client success.
