United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Support Engineer to help customers integrate and use our authentication platform. You will respond to requests through email and Slack, fix minor issues, and contribute to tutorials and docs.

We’re a remote-first team across the US, with flexible hours and overlap with PST. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to scope changes and improve the user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering experience.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Excellent written communication and user empathy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor support channels (email and Slack) and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Fix minor bugs or build minor features.
• Maintain API documentation around the product.
• Write tutorials and technical content to assist customers.
• Suggest features and improvements based on patterns observed.
• Occasionally on-call or late hours outside 9am–5pm.
