Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is expanding its global support engineering team. You will be a Technical Customer Support Engineer handling a wide range of tasks for customers across EMEA, the Americas, and APJ, including chat, calls, Slack, and video meetings.

Responsibilities include triaging tickets, creating user-facing documentation, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, and collaborating with the GTM, Engineering, and Product teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, or distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remote.
• Experience supporting customers as a technical engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with OSS/open-source technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via chat, calls, Slack, and video meetings.
• Develop solutions using company Cloud and OSS and share through documentation, blogs, and training.
• Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, GTM, and Product teams to define functionality needs.
• Mentor and train colleagues, users, and customers.
• Provide first-line technical engineering support within SLAs.
