Job summary

Fuku is seeking an IT Support specialist to assist external customers with POS systems remotely. You will troubleshoot software, configure settings, and guide users through setup and usage.

You will coordinate with the development team to report issues, request new features, and ensure timely resolution. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently from a home office, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/POS support for external customers.
• Ability to work remote and evenings/weekends.
• Strong troubleshooting of POS software.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with developers is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers using POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS software, system configuration, and functional issues.
• Assist customers with POS system setup, configuration, and usage.

Working Hours

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: Work from Home (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Experience handling system configuration, feature requests, or coordinating with developers is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work the stated evening and weekend schedule.
