Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring a POS Support Agent to provide frontline technical support for POS systems and related hardware across all locations. You will troubleshoot terminals, kiosks, tablets, and printers while documenting steps and resolutions for faster incident recovery.

Reporting to the POS Support Lead, you will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, collaborate with IT team members, and ensure SLA targets are met. Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support or POS system support in a multi-location environment.
• Experience troubleshooting POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, or related hardware.
• Experience with structured ticketing systems and SLA-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline POS support across Express Wash Concepts locations.
• Troubleshoot POS terminals, kiosks, tablets, printers, cash drawers, and scanners.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate to Tier 3 when needed and maintain clear handoffs.
• Maintain PCI-DSS compliance awareness in POS support activities.
• Support business hours 7:00 AM–8:00 PM Mon–Sat and 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Sun.
