Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to own daily and weekly inventory planning, purchasing, and production coordination. This hands-on role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and spans overseas ingredient suppliers, domestic co-manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouses.

Fully remote with a hybrid option for Austin, TX. You will manage inventory planning, supplier performance, co-manufacturing, FEFO, and cycle counts, while driving timely execution and accurate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to build clean, formula-driven workbooks and planning tools without hardcoded values.
• Experience coordinating with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, contract packagers, or similar external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with inventory, production, supplier, and cost data.
• Exceptional follow-up discipline to drive items through completion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple suppliers, production schedules, materials, and deadlines.
• Clear, direct written communication with external suppliers and internal partners.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes and systems.
• Hands-on mindset to dig into inventory, production, or supplier data to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods with safety stock and reorder points by SKU.
• Support S&OP: inputs, scenarios, outputs, and follow-up actions for monthly cycle.
• Maintain planning models and rate tools for visibility into inventory and production needs.
• Support sourcing: cost analysis, quotes, and should-cost modeling with the Sourcing Manager.
• Maintain supplier information: contracts, pricing, expirations, and renewals.
• Monitor supplier performance: OTIF and quality; support scorecards.
• Manage supply risk and contingency options with suppliers.
• Manage aging inventory and coordinate disposition before write-offs.
• Coordinate co-manufacturers: scheduling, materials, and issue resolution.
• Manage production schedules and confirm material availability before each run.
• Protect shelf life using FEFO across locations.
• Monitor production performance and investigate variances.
• Maintain batch/lot traceability from raw materials to finished goods.
• Track production costs and explain variances.
• Reconcile inventory and perform cycle counts across co-manufacturers and 3PLs.
• Own write-off process with Finance during close.
