Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. is hiring a Sourcing Manager to lead day‑to‑day sourcing across ingredients, packaging, and branded merchandise. This is a fully remote role with a hybrid option for Austin, TX candidates.

You’ll own RFQs, supplier qualification, pricing negotiations, PO management, and cost-saving opportunities while balancing cost, quality, inventory, lead times, and supplier performance in a fast‑moving consumer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement or supply chain; food/bev or supplement experience a plus.
• Hands-on buying experience with suppliers, including international vendors.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for cost comparisons and lookups.
• Highly organized with attention to many open items and priorities.
• Sharp written communication; comfortable email-based supplier management.
• Willing to learn COAs, Incoterms, and cGMP fundamentals.
• Familiar with 3-way match processes and AP coordination.
• Knowledge of California Prop 65 requirements.
• Proactive in managing supplier, cost, quality, and inventory challenges.

Responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers and maintain COAs, specs, certifications and compliance docs.
• Manage quality and sourcing risk; address deviations and corrective actions.
• Drive cost savings; track costs, run RFQs, compare quotes and quantify savings.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
• Understand landed cost; partner with Finance on total cost considerations.
• Own POs across ingredients, packaging, and merchandise from creation to closeout.
• Build purchasing plans based on demand, MOQs, lead times, and inventory needs.
• Maintain supplier performance scorecards, KPIs, and renewal tracking.
