Job summary

Everyday Dose is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to own daily and weekly inventory planning, purchasing, production coordination, inventory reconciliation, and co-manufacturer execution for our fast-growing D2C brand.

This hands-on individual contributor role is fully remote with a hybrid option for candidates in Austin, TX. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to keep materials available and ensure on-time production across overseas and domestic partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or related operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to build formula-driven planning tools without hardcoded values.
• Experience coordinating with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, or contract packagers.
• Strong analytical skills with inventory, production, and cost data.
• Excellent follow-up discipline to close open items.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, schedules, materials, and deadlines.
• Clear written communication with external suppliers and internal partners.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.
• Hands-on mindset to dig into details when data doesn't tie out.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Support S&OP inputs, run scenarios, publish outputs, and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain formula-driven planning models and run-rate tools.
• Support sourcing with cost analysis and should-cost modeling.
• Maintain contract and pricing records and track expirations.
• Monitor supplier OTIF and quality performance.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturers on scheduling and materials.
• Build and maintain production schedules and confirm material availability.
• Track FEFO and shelf life across locations.
• Reconcile inventory and manage write-offs with Finance at close.
