Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead day-to-day procurement for ingredients, packaging, and merchandise. You will run RFQs, qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, manage POs, and identify cost-saving opportunities in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will partner with Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Retail, balancing cost, quality, inventory, and lead times. The role offers a fully remote work option with a hybrid setup for candidates based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or related operations.
• Hands-on supplier engagement including international vendors.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for cost comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers and maintain documentation.
• Manage cost savings, RFQs, supplier quotes.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times.
• Track landed costs with Finance.
• Own POs from creation to closeout.
• Build purchasing plans and supplier onboarding.
