Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Manager to own the end-to-end retail fulfillment, acting as the primary day-to-day contact with our 3PL and ensuring POs ship on time.

This hands-on IC role offers remote work with a hybrid option in Austin, TX, and focuses on improving inventory visibility, retailer compliance, chargebacks, and performance reporting as we scale our retail footprint.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in retail fulfillment, supply chain or 3PL/warehouse ops management.
• Directly managing a 3PL relationship with SLA enforcement and scorecards.
• Hands-on experience with retailer compliance and routing-guide requirements (Walmart/Target/Costco).
• Working knowledge of EDI and ASN processes.
• Experience auditing freight and 3PL invoices and resolving discrepancies.
• Solid understanding of safety stock, reorder points, cycle counting, and turns.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own retail POs from receipt through ship confirmation, ensuring complete and on-time fulfillment.
• Manage the 3PL relationship, run performance reviews, and maintain scorecards.
• Monitor retailer compliance, dock appointments, deductions, and chargebacks.
• Maintain visibility into retail inventory and appropriate safety stock.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Diagnose root causes of fulfillment issues and drive corrective action.
• Coordinate dock appointments and carrier/3PL communication to resolve conflicts.
• Lead item data setup for new retail accounts and onboarding checklists.
