Job summary

Everyday Dose is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead day-to-day procurement for ingredients, packaging, and branded merchandise. This fully remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in Austin, TX, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

You’ll run RFQs, qualify suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, manage POs, and identify cost-saving opportunities while balancing quality, inventory, and lead times in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related operations.
• Hands-on supplier qualification, cost control, and MOQs management.
• Experience with cost-saving initiatives and RFQ/rfq processes.

Responsibilities

• Qualify suppliers and collect documentation (COAs, specs, certifications).
• Drive cost savings through RFQs, quotes comparison, and negotiations.
• Own POs from creation to closeout and ensure accuracy with invoices.
• Coordinate packaging, materials, and merchandise sourcing with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, risk, and compliance across categories.
