Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive day-to-day execution of inventory planning, purchasing, production coordination, inventory reconciliation, and co-manufacturer work. This fully remote role offers a hybrid option for Austin, TX based candidates.

You will own planning across materials and finished goods, support S&OP cycles, and partner with suppliers to maintain cost data and contract information. Strong Excel skills and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or related ops; CPG/food/bev experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to build clean, formula-driven workbooks and planning tools.
• Experience coordinating with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, contract packagers, or similar external partners.
• Strong analytical skills with inventory, production, supplier, and cost data.
• Excellent follow-up discipline to drive items to completion.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory planning across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods with safety stock and reorder points.
• Support S&OP inputs, scenarios, outputs, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain planning models and rate tools for visibility into inventory and production needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and co-manufacturers on negotiations and pricing records.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF), and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Manage aging inventory and write-offs with proper escalation.
