Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, delivering value across inventory, distribution, and transportation. You will partner with business and technology teams to implement scalable solutions that optimize capital and customer experience.

The role requires 8+ years in product management or supply chain, a BS degree, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives forward.
• Deep understanding of IMS, WMS, and TMS integrations across supply chain platforms.
• Proven success serving as a Supply Chain Technology SME and cross-functional influencer.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams and translate supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholders interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps aligning with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with minimal direction.
• Lead complex initiatives from concept to implementation with clear scope and risk management.
• Influence leadership with compelling, fact-based recommendations and executive-level storytelling.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/OKRs to measure value realization and prioritization.
• Partner with Ops, Distribution, Inventory, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to address enterprise needs.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management.
