Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year technology roadmap supporting optimization of working capital and customer experience. You will partner across Supply Chain Ops, Distribution, Inventory, and Finance to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

The role emphasizes financially grounded business cases, KPI tracking, and executive-ready storytelling to drive investment decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for enterprise tech.
Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations for investments.
Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Lead product discovery using stakeholder interviews, data analysis and process mapping.
Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to priorities and long-term objectives.
Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings and ROI.
Lead multiple initiatives and manage risks with minimal direction.
Drive adoption of product mgmt best practices across the organization.
Partner with Supply Chain Ops, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Tech teams.
