Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, driving initiatives that optimize working capital, reduce costs, improve fill rates, and elevates customer experience. You will be a key bridge between business needs and technology solutions within a nationwide, remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and IMS/WMS/TMS integrations.
• SME in Supply Chain Technology, partnering across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data, metrics and financial models.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, customer feedback, data analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact, including cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with minimal direction, identifying risks and ensuring delivery of business value.
• Lead ambiguous initiatives from concept to implementation, defining scope, success metrics, dependencies, and risks.
• Influence leadership through storytelling, executive-ready presentations, and fact-based recommendations.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to measure value realization and inform prioritization.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management methodologies across the organization.
