Cardinal Health is seeking a remote, nationwide Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, driving value through cost reductions, improved fill rates, and enhanced customer experiences. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Technology to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in product management or supply chain, strong financial acumen, and a track record of influencing senior leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities and ROI-based recommendations.
Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable product and tech solutions.
Lead product discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, observations, customer feedback, data analysis, and process mapping.
Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities.
Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact including cost savings and ROI.
Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
